How many days do I need to book ahead for the photo shooting package?

If you need to appoint a designated photographer, please make an appointment one year in advance to arrange the date you want to shoot.If there are any special circumstances, please call or inquire in advance whether there is an available slot!

How long is the shooting time on the shooting day? How long will it be until the finished product is available after shooting?

The time taken will be different depending on which package is chosen. After shooting, the finished product will be delivered in about 2-3 months.

Can I bring family or friends on the shooting day?

It is not a good time to bring your family members or little helpers!Shooting is very tiring, and usually, we will suggest not bothering your friends and relatives with it.In addition, our studio scene and the shooting process is not allowed to have side shots!

Is there a location trailer available?

The package does not provide a location trailer, you can drive by yourself or use the company’s location trailer, but there is an extra charge Photographers, photography assistants and stylists (P.S.: if you hire an outdoor stylist) will share the same ride as you.

Do I need to make an appointment with the store?

It is suggested that you make an appointment by phone or online so that we can arrange the service staff to make a complete introduction for you in advance. This is to ensure you can have the best service experience if there are too many people on that day.

What if it rains on the shooting day? What if it is delayed halfway through the photo shoot? Will there be any other charges for the delay?

If it is due to the weather, or if you are not feeling well, you can postpone it.But if it is a special requirement, or you purposely change the date many times, in order to protect the rights of the company and the photographer, you will be charged a RM500 empty studio fee.

Purchase the night time shooting at RM 350-400 / the shooting time is 2 hours, and you can make your wish come true.

Why limit the number of wedding dresses to xx a day?

For most couples it is the first time shooting wedding photos for them and they are not professional models, so they are unable to immediately get the best result;The time it takes to change into each of the wedding dresses and styles, plus the driving distance to the shooting location, it is a compression of the photographer’s shooting time.

What should I pay special attention to when choosing a shooting location?

It is recommended that the distance between the shooting locations should not be more than one hour, and it is best if the locations are all on the way. In particular, it should be noted that the route time planned by Google and other software on the Internet is the travel time calculated under the optimal condition. If there is a traffic jam, it may take a longer time. Even if you reach the destination on the map, you have to walk for a long time to reach the shooting point. For example, in places such as the seaside or mountains, the time apart requires more planning.

*Based on multiple years of shooting experience, up to 3 to 4 locations can be photographed in a day if they are on the way. If there is enough time, we can also take more beautiful photos.

How long does it take to make an appointment?

Generally speaking, photo shooting in Malaysia it is recommended to make an appointment at least five months in advance, and overseas shooting needs to be even earlier. It is best to make an appointment a year before (the selected season).

Billing information

Payment may be made in three instalment payment, each of which being 1/3 of the total amount. The following is the time of the three payments:
